comment and a question

I was at the Ranch over the July 4th Science and Spirit Conference. It was a fantastic experience for me. I had a number of experiences but the one i want to relate is physical in nature. Since my Ranch experience i have been experiencing unusual body temperature "flare ups" on an approx 45 min cycle. About every 45 minutes a get very hot over my entire body but especially in the head area.
i find when i am experiencing one of these, and if i am in a place conducive, I can go into an altered state quite easily. My heart seems to beat a bit faster, and i have the feeling of butterflies in my stomach.as if i am excited about an upcoming event. These seem to last 2 minutes or so. Actual sweat beads will become evident on my face and in my scalp and neck area as well as my chest. I am not sure what this is, I have some ideas, and of course they would be the most accurate since i am the one generating and receiving this experience, but i wonder if someone else might be able to share their thoughts.

Hmm, strange, I have been getting a warm rush over my body like that while meditating since I have been at the ranch, but it is not spontanious, it only occurs when I meditate. Could be your auric field was altered from the energy there...

COuld be your crown chakra is open. If you have done any ascension/meditation work, try to close it to minimal size for your well being. Could also be kundalina energy. Happened to my sis when we were out there. Body temp changes are common during ascension. I was cold all the time for about 6 months.

I have a similar thing happen to me as well. I have never meditated correctly I don't think, but when I stand up most all of the time I get very warm and my heart pumps really hard so much that I can feel it flow through out my whole body, especially head. My eyes almost blackout completely but then I take a deep breath or two and I come to. I don't know if this is a health condition or a sign.

Im glad I read this, it may not sound much like the topic that is being discussed but I feel it is.I have now for about a year been not only going through temperature changes but have been having incredible visions of geodesic and crystaline shapes/forms in deep blues and purples.This occurs when I am about to fall asleep and when I smudge and pray deeply in the forest.MY life is changing incredibly and I havent even been to the ranch yet.I know this sounds a bit looney and for awhile I thought it was too, not only that I am much more sensitive to things and people and it seems to be getting stronger as time goes on.I found out about Sattva Sanctuary completely by accident or (it found me) and perhaps all of us?
I know I am not the only one out there who is feeling great change taking place, I am at times confused by all this but deeper I somehow know the answer to what is happening.If your having these awakening feelings then we should all be coming together and making this forum "come alive".
I would like to invite the possibility of joy,love and harmony in our lives by coming together as beings in search of the same future. Our world needs to be unified,we need to teach our wakanyeja(children) about the radiant love that comes from us and the universe. dance in the light Chaoha
