question about the 3rd eye

Hi, I'm an 18 year old guy from Romania and I have a question.. How do you..uhm.. open your 3rd eye? and what affects opening it? (I mean what can make it easier or harder to do so) I saw some videos about a great ascension that'll happen early in 2013.. something about Nibiru planet.. it kinda got me curious. I found out about this forum after watching Contact has Begun. By the way, I'm not really spiritually inclined.

Oh and can aliens understand english? or other.. earthly languages. And you might wanna make a Questions subforum.

That's quite a tall order there! I do not represent ECETI, but I'll lend you my perspective for what it's worth.

With respect to the 3rd eye and enlightenment.
I practice Taoist internal kung fu so this is going to be more from a Wudang/Taoist perspective. Looking for this 3rd eye opening will be impossible, the very desire to search for such a thing will preclude your ever finding it. That is to say; your conscious mind wants to control every thing, but that inhibits the true you from coming out. When you start to find yourself these spiritual gifts come into line and it is an ever continuing path. There are many different ways people say you can find enlightenment, a lot of these systems are the same... its really more about actually practicing and surrendering to the task. If you want a practical place to start try this. Meditate each day, a couple times a day if you can. Start your meditation with physical relaxation, telling each part of your body to relax as you breath deeply, but easily. Next relax your mind, imagine yourself as nothing more than a vessel being filled with the divine energy that surrounds you. Do not worry about yourself, when you do think of yourself (and you will cause we're all more selfish than we think lol) you will see the things that trouble you that you need to release. As you practice you will be able to get deeper and find more peace, in time you will be able to become a passive observer with no concern for yourself... then you will have given yourself the freedom you need for your deeper awareness to begin to manifest. From there you could persue basic qi gong or taiji chuan, simple exercises to help you develop a oneness with your mind and your bodies energy.
You're young and have all of your life ahead of you. Many people will tell you to choose a path, but I say be quiet, listen and you will hear your internal flow... that will show you your path. A great person said 'one cannot see themselves in running water'... quiet yourself and you will see.

As for the aliens, I'm pretty sure their communication is all done via conscious awareness. We use words to talk in a linier sense because words are the fastest way for us to symbolize our concepts and relate them. An english word is a combination of 26 potential characters arranged in various strings to symbolize our concepts; when you break it down like that it seems our current communication paradigm is rather primative. I mention this because I believe it may preclude the need for them to understand english or any other languages. Conscious awareness at their level lends inherenent understanding of the other persons mental concepts. Of course I don't know about the Romanian aliens; try Romanian first and if they give you a confused look try english!

Hmm good response. I really liked the running water thing. About the ET/Language thing i think we are a very rare thing with our spoken languages. From what ive heard almost all ETs are telepathic. I think they actually have to learn to talk and its kind of a weird, difficult concept for them
