negative programing

I have been listening to past shows and I just realized that even though I can see starborns as peacful and here tto help...i don't think i have quite irraticated myself from old negative programing....I am almost 30 and was glued to "Alien Abduction" t.v. shows since i was 7 or 8...and when i was 16..I woke up paralized(literally) with fear thinking that an alien was trying to get me ,and at 16 years old i ran to my parents room hiding behind a pillow!!! knocking on the door to come sleep with them.!..and when i realized what i was doing i was ...soooo embaressed and just ran to my room and hid under my covers....

From that piont on i banned my self from my obsession...I accepted that there were other beings out there and i didn't want to get to know them...and it hasn't been til recently that through my spiritual growth I bumped back into my more loving ancesters...and wished i could make a connection..but i feel like i still have a pinch of that fear of the negative ones and i am just sooo anoyed with the media and hollywood for giving me all this negative programing that i have to get rid of!!!

Its like trying to shake off religious guilt!....Peace...Panda
